It would be good to see the policeman in the link standing 2 metres from the cyclist, perhaps he hasn't gone metric yet.

Nope...though I did question, to myself, something I noticed 2 nights ago. Decided it was something very unlikely to affect me, my neighbours or anyone else.
It depends.If their actions put either me or my family at risk then yes.
No. There’s a very good column in the Times today by Janice Turner on this very thing. I haven’t seen my neighbour for a while but if I saw him go out twice in one day I wouldn’t dream of reporting.
People with nothing to do and all day to do it. Sad.

Agree with Danny. If harmful then yes. I don't wanna be in lockdown forever!!
