Monday. It's raining. Yesterday turned out warm and sunny. That's not going to happen today methinks.
Nothing on the calendar until this evening. So I'll have to think of something to amuse myself until then.

We haven't hit summer yet, 38c no rain for what seems like a lifetime.

Can't sleep, restless legs. Full of pills but not helping

Not good TL. Try going for a walk, that might help.

Will do. Tried drinking eight cans, to go with the pills that say don't drink, hoping to knock me out. No such luck. :-(

No, that won't work mate. What I find helps is to go to bed and read.

I do that too. Difficult with electric shocks up and down my legs. :-(

That's not good. Have you seen your GP about it?

Yes I take three Ropimorol per day for it. Usually work quite well but not last night.

Not much else you can do then if that's not working.

It's good to be able to vent your spleen somewhere Theland.
Hope you don't denigrate others that have problems they feel the need to air.
