Beautiful, but here in West London it seems unusually bright and large. Is this my imagination, or does if look that way to you?

Noooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww !
Just come in after viewing it, Lovely. Nice clear sky tonight but a bit chilly out there.
Yes. Just got off the bus from dinner in Twickenham and noticed it. It was huge.
♫There's a lovely moon out there.♫
Too much cheese?
This time last night I was traipsing home from the ballet in the drizzle after tube problems due to the rain and tonight it is calm, warm and with a lovely full moon. Typical British weather.
Does anybody else have sleeping problems when it’s a full moon?
^ My Mum did.
My dog has been sat in the garden staring at it.
The best moon I ever saw was one evening standing on Richmond Hill overlooking the Thames. Stunning.
there is a moon illusion

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_illusion

looks bigger nearer the horizon

but since there is wobble in the orbit as it nears earth it would also look larger ( subtends larger angle blaah blaah blaah)
( that would be 'as well as' and not "instead of")
It's always lovely on Richmond Hill. Were you on The Terrace?
Yes I noticed it was full and bright tonight.
I was 237. A favourite spot when I lived not that far away. A lovely area with Richmond Park and the walks along the Thames.
Sorry v_e I digress.
Mick Jagger wasn't silly when he bought the house up there. If I was a millionaire I would live there rather than central London any day.
Absolutely, I think Jerry Hall lived on her own there after they split.

Don't mind being reminded of Richmond Hill, Ladybirder.

Know the area well (also Twickenham where I lived for a short time). After the death of my first wife I dated a Yoruba (OK, not full, mummy was white) girl who was a function organiser in the big hotel there. These were the days when I was a one man cleaning business. Used to drive through Richmond park (Isabella Plantation, the deer?) on my way to the apartment blocks I cleaned in Kew.

Richmond also full of niceeating houses.

Not forgetting Jasper's Bun in the Oven just this side of Kew Bridge.
There was a fire at the Richmond Hill Hotel a while ago. I think its all Ok now. And the Star and Garter building is now luxury flats
