Sounds young to me!
But if live span is 70 years then 0-27 is young, 27-54 is middle aged and 55+ is old
When you let it.

Well I'm 62 and don't feel it yet.

Thanks FF 'and 55+ is old' - no it isn't, it's a state of mind
Agreed- I'm over 55 and don't even feel middle aged. But I know someone who argued that middle age started at 27. It's all in the mind
happy birthday for tomorrow,and happy new year too.
When your body and minds decides
I'm 46 soon and am starting to feel middle-aged because I don't know who most of the "celebrities" are on celebrity special tv shows.
when you start leaking pee.....?

I'll be 65 this year, a pensioner, I don't feel, act or think 65, and am not about to become 65 by default. I'm in charge of how old I feel and how I behave and 65 is a long way off atm.
I know 30 year olds that act "old." As everyone has said, age is in the mind . Happy new year Geordie xx
You have your answer Gordie........It's when you mentally feel middle aged and you don't have to let that happen.

Mazie is right......at sixty five I'm younger than my children....much to their embarrassment.....and younger than some of my grandchildren!.... :-)
@DT...you're not wrong there...:/
