I wonder what would happen if there is any subsidence or ground heave with the buildings that it is attached to.

I would go in it as well. I saw somewhere that someone else had designed and built a pool which hung over nothing. It wasn`t suspended between two buildings though. It jutted out from a cliff. I think it might have been in Australia.
I wouldn't...I would get out and use the toilets as usual.

Not been swimming for quite some time and don't have a head for heights. Yet, strangely, i would be very tempted to give that a try. Bit like the glass floor at the top of Blackpool Tower.
