I think that I would de-ball him before tossing him in with all the other convicts. It saddens me that such people are the same species as us.

He's safer in prison, away from buses, trains, river & falling over peoples feet.
These deviants should never ever be released back into society again.
It really upsets me that someone who could do that can still be called a man, surely we can come up with a name that don't associate them with real men.
