When Can I Use A Pregnancy Test?

Before Xmas I got really sensitive boobs and noticed weight gain and seemed to be going to the toilet for a wee more. Stupidly looked on Internet and panicked myself I might be pregnant.

The day my period was due nothing happened ... but then on Xmas day I came on. To me it wasn't as heavy as usual and perhaps finished a day quicker. All this still made me wonder if I was pregnant.

As I'm still thinking about it now I bought a pregnancy test. I was going to do it now but it says you can do it from the first day your period is due (not for another couple of weeks I think). Do I have to wait until then or can I do it now?

I'm hoping I've just put weight on without noticing!!

Yes, you can do to now and if it is positive then you are pregnant.

If negative now do it again in 2 weeks, if then it is still negative then you are not pregnant.
Any health concerns, I'd visit your GP. Take the test first thing tomorrow morning if you wish, but worry and stress can upset even the most normal of cycles.
(I doubt if you are though)
Wight gain has a nasty habit of creeping up without you noticing :-)
