So, for two or three days, you open your drawer and grab some pants.

After Olive has been here, the same pants magically appear back in the drawer (I'm not sure how that happens ... I think it's one of those "magic pants drawers").

Then, for two or three days, you open the drawer and grab some pants ...

... the same ones !

Unless we need "special pants for a special occasion" ... do we all just wear the same two or three pairs of pants over and over?

Yup - the ones at the front get grabbed first (same with socks). I have no idea what's at the back of the drawer.
Ive come to that conclusion jj. Perhaps in winter they won't dry as quickly so we may get to the bottom of the drawer without thinking.
Question Author
Yes ... socks too ... !

Although, I don't often wear socks.

Well, when I say "not often", I wear them almost every day for running or the gym, but those are definitely the same few pairs.
Question Author
AYG ... if you seven pairs of "spare" pants, that gives the ones you wear a week to dry.
yes jj, especially in Summer, they are quickly washed dried and put back in the drawer, so the same few pairs are worn!.....
I'm an Olive. :)

My lot say I wore them (boxers.socks the other day, d'oh) What are washing machines and radiators for?
Last time I counted I had about 94 pairs of pants. I can go for years ........
Maybe I need to get a life. I always put the clean ones to the back of the drawer and move the unused leans to the front...............I even rotate the towels and sheets this way.........do I need help?

(94 pairs???)

I'm not sure what I'm more fascinated by ...

... OWNING 94 pairs of pants ... or COUNTING them !!!
I'm fascinated by the fact that someone has enough space for 94 pairs of pants.
it depends, are we talking telly pants?
Question Author
No no, Prudie ... that was something completely different.

And now for someth ...

(No no, stop!)
Could it be because I'm a September baby and therefore a bit of a perfectionist? I love things to be in order, I have even alphabeticised my dvd collection, and sub divided them into genres. Oh, Lord I do need to get a life..................................
It was just one day after seeing pants in three drawers I thought blimey how many have I got so I counted em. Only ever done it once.

It really is a different world over there in Hove, isn't it, LB.

nungate ...

I'm a September baby, too.

I'm a perfectionist in the sense that I like Olive to tidy my floordrobe and put it all in the wash.
nungate, I could find a nice room for you in my home if you fancy sorting out a load of boxers with weird slogans on them. :D
Question Author
Well, I'd volunteer to do that alba ... just out of sheer curiosity !
I can't tell, JJ - all mine are the same.
Question Author
What, boxy?

All yours are the same as Albaqwerty's ?

Or the same as each other ?
LOL, no I don't wear alba's pants - all the pants in my drawer match each other.
