I wondered if I have a virus ... I just want to close my eyes, feel so tired all week, no sore throat but a bit of a runny nose. No, I have enough sleep at night, I just don't feel 'right' if you know what I mean. Anyone else got it ?

Glandular fever maybe? Go and see your GP, you could be lacking in something or it could be a bug of some sort.
i,ve not been well since sunday before last !
started with sore throat, feeling rough, and now a cough thats drove me nuts since then. i feel weak and just want to go back to bed again ---SO TIRED.
have taken cough syrup, etc, but it hasnt helped at all. still coughing and spluttering.
wont go to doctors, as it'll go when its ready.
hope you soon feel much better smurfchops x
little CRX is in her 4th week of a nasty virus going around here. Both grandparents got it as bad as she did and are on ntibiotics for chest infections now, We went to GP again yesterday with her and have been told this one lasts on average 6 weeks :(
No big deal, if you have no temperature and this hasnt been a permanent feature for some time, then it should settle.
pmsl @ "no big deal"..................again.
I have a horribly sore throat, as do a fair few people I know - its spreading very quickly, but no other symptoms. I am feeling a tad tired but nothing that is preventing me working and going about my business.
P.S Squad, first dose of Ibroprofen in, washed down with pineapple juice!

No temperature, in fact if anything I think my temperature would be lower rather than higher. Had glandular fever, it doesn't seem anything drastic like that. Always getting the sore throat/coughing virus, so I would recognise that one. I expect it will just go off in time .. thanks everyone x
Have been feeling tired all week and also have an upset tum and a stuffed up nose and a bit of a 'glandy' throat. Not enough to say I am ill, but definitely under the weather. I could sleep at the drop of a hat. Perhaps a virus that I am shaking off, perhaps not. It will pass no doubt. Trouble is my arthritis plays up when I get bugs and things.

Today the sun has shined all day and I must admit I feel better just for that reason alone.

There is always a bug going round, or lots of bugs going round!! I think they affect different people in different ways though.
The sun has shined!!!

:o(
Similar to others above, spent 2 hours at work (just over 2 weeks ago) next to someone with a streaming cold and then had a few days of that pre cold almost allergy like feeling (all ucky and snuffly) before the cold came out good and proper (woke up with an evil sore throat and went downhill from there) before going onto my chest and resulting in a horrible cough and had a pretty upset tummy too.

Feel better soon!

It's nowhere near as bad as some headcolds I've had but I've felt so drained for the past two weeks (serious matchsticks time!), still working and trying to keep going so changing tack this weekend for a quiet one to try and shift it properly. It's definitely doing the rounds up here, quite a few of my friends have got it.
I felt like that about 2 weeks ago smurf... spent 2 days in my bed without eating (which was particularly out of character for me lol) and was eventually able to get a doctors appointment. Doctor said it was a mild virus, told me to rest and he gave me tablets to stop the sicky feeling which helped a lot :)
