I havn't managed to get hold of anyone so think that the Behçet's Syndrome Society - www.behcets.org.uk or Helpline 0845 130 7329, might be of real help to you. It is always reassuring to speak to someone who knows what you are going through.
If you click the contacts bit on the society homepage you will find people's blogs. I hope that this is of some help. If you look at the website I think it tells you about a couple of help groups and in the medical bit there are links to fact sheets etc which might be useful.
