Omega 3 6 9

Took one of these on Monday and Tuesday - God I suffered with chronic wind and diarrhoea all night and am still feeling the effects of it this morning. They were Superdrug High effect - I have diverticulities and with what I went through last night I thought I was going to die and I am still suffering from diarrhoea. I know it was these pills because oil is coming out now rather than the other.

Anybody know about these - never never again any answers would sufficie. Ta

Side effects on the gastro-intestinal tract are well documented.

I would have thought that your diverticulitis had a minimal part to play.

Sorry......Side effects of Omega 3 are well known, mainly on the intestines....nausea, bloating and diarrhoea.

Not likely in anyway is your diverticulitis to blame.

FOR SQUAD thanks Squad that has enlightened me never knew Omega 3 would have done that after all they highlighted in advertisements etc how good it is for you - I wont be taking them again and I have left with 180 pills but I know a person who may glad of them if not they will go down the toilet. thanks again
