Leg Pains And Dry Mouth At Night

2 or 3 times every night I wake up with pains in whole of legs - not bad but very annoying. Also same umber of awakenings with VERY dry mouth. Does anyone have any remedies for these? Don't last long but wake me up.

Hi Dorothy, first of all are you on any medication? I only ask as some can have these symptoms from side effects.

Yes diabetic medication(2) and one blood pressure.

I'd recommend a check at the GP re the leg pains in particular, probably something easily helped Dorothy.

Mention the dry mouth too of course.

Not enough information:

What diabetic tablets are you taking? What dose?
Are your blood sugars normal?
Are you passing a lot of water during the day and/or night?
Do you have problems breathing through your nose?
Do you snore at night?

Are the leg pains, cramps, from not drinking enough water throughout the day? I always need to keep loads of water unboard to prevent leg cramps.
