Leg Pains And Dry Mouth At Night

2 or 3 times every night I wake up with pains in whole of legs - not bad but very annoying. Also same umber of awakenings with VERY dry mouth. Does anyone have any remedies for these? Don't last long...

Painting Old Brown Doors White

We have old dark brown inner doors, the cheap material 'wood'. As they are plain facing would being painted white look ok or would it look nicer if I bought new panelled doors.
