I want to start Yoga but unsure how to start. As I am vegetarian I have a pure body and feel like my mind also needs to be pure. Can this be done doing Yoga?

Anyway, I have a class to teach soon. Just to suggest you get a DVD of Beginners Yoga. See if it's for you and then join a local class. You need the discipline of a class.

I have been practising Yoga for nearly 40 years and teaching it for nearly 35.
I certainly don't have a pure mind!
I would answer this on a 'professional' level but feel that your posts are a little light hearted/random so not sure how serious you are.
