Morning Boaty - bloody freezing up here - temps still below zero. Had very light snow over the weekend although the mountains look as if they've had a good dusting

morning boaty,moonie & welshie its drizzling here but not as cold as yesters,I feel like the mafai -another night on the mattress- Taz still not doing well and neither is CS we are back to the consultant today and I think its another spell "inside" for him.These things are sent to try us I suppose.

Morning moony. How are you mate? Long time no see.

Morning Welshie. Nippy here too. It was cold on the canal over the weekend. The charter on Saturday was good. A young ladies 16th boifday, 9 teenagers on board, all in fancy dress. They had a picnic with them. Mum and dad dropped them off, then met up again by the TA. The youngsters had their picnic on board while me and crew went for lunch in the TA. Those youngsters were the nicest bunch you could wish to meet. They amused themselves, and us! They thanked us when they disembarked. So well behaved they are an example to all.

After all the bad stuff you read about kids these days, it's nice to know there are some good 'uns about too - especially when they show some manners!!

They did indeed Welshie. They were a delight to have on board. They tidied the boat, unasked, before they got off too.

Good morning all, all is dark out there.

Haven't been able to get back to sleep since 1.15 because of this wretched lurgy...still popping a 101F this morning (US digi-thermom) and feeling like Sugar, the worst part a hacking cough but that is quieter this morning, for the moment. I'll go and raid Boots later on.......

It looks like our day's with the MOD are numbered so I am doing a lot of part time work to get back into the swing of things and waiting to hear back about a second part time job, all with a view to getting myself known out there in the big wide world.......Well Wiltshire anyway.

Morning all!! Well this week will be dry. maybe the odd shower or snow flurry, but dry mainly.

Had a lovely day yesterday my brother, his lovely wife and their gorgeous little new baby (3) months old, James, came for the day, it was my big bro's birthday. Idle day today, breakfast is ready - the full works enjoy and have a good one all!!!
