so have a big omlette for breakfast do you think? Or carry around a few boiled eggs to nosh on during the day?
That sounds good.

and as pasta said - yoghurt and berries
Question Author
Yoghurt and goji berries! I will get some tonight. So what is the best yoghutrt pasta?@
NOT goji berries!...*fresh* raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.
I like Total full fat Greek yogurt. Any plain yogurt is good though....not the ones with added bits. Add a bit of honey if you want some sweetness.

Ok so tomorrow I am going to have:

Yoghurt and berries.
2 pickled eggs
1 protein bar
4 crab sticks
Vegetable stir fry with prawns.

Is that ok or too many calories? The protein bar is 200 calories btw
I'd say that's not enough. I looked at your profile, and you're male. That doesn't even look enough for a female. I'd feel hungry all day on that.

Have an omelette for breakfast,protein(beans,pulses,quorn,eggs,fis
h,cheese,tofu)
and veg/salad for lunch and dinner,a handful of nuts/seeds as a snack, yogurt and berries as an after for the evening meal. Make sure you eat enough so that you are pleasantly full-if you can eat 3 good meals without snacking-even better. Eat real, unprocessed food...avoid protein bars,etc....they are rarely clean food.

Also-regarding weight loss....how much do you need/want to lose? If you are near your natural weight, you are unlikely to lose much.

I just want to lose my belly really. Probably 4kg. I was thinking maybe a bowl of bran flakes too? I think it's enough. It's more than what I usually eat only different food
Going to the gym and exercising didn't really help me too lose much weight either. I have no idea why this is, its just so counter-intuitive, but at least you know you're not alone. If I were you I'd consider purchasing an effective diet plan. You can read a good review of the 7 Day Belly Blast diet at http://www.weightlossreviewer.com. That would be an excellent economical way to lose a few pounds in no time. Best of luck to you :)

Sorry for the double post!
Just to say you can't "turn fat into muscle" like salt and pepper, you may just be losing fat and building muscle hence seeing no apparent weight loss, in my experience weights will build cardio will tear down if enough is done with good diet:)
An I'd be careful with protein bars!! I use them and I bodybuild!! They're great for upping weight..

Oh dear I have just ordered a box of them.
You say "my eating has remained the same"

There's your answer.

I suggest anything fried is a no no.
(I think cutting out the fat is a good place to start).
Personally, I`d stay away from anything processed such as cereal bars etc. In fact, I`d stay away from any processed foods altogether. There is so much hidden fat and salt in them that they are not good on a regular basis.
Where has smilingcrow said he fries food. Stir frying is not the same as deep frying-and uses minimal oil.
OK Pasta, as a chef, you know what you are talking about.
Frying isn`t that much of a sin. It depends how it`s done. I`ve perfected the art of frying a one-egg omelette in the pan with one teaspoon of olive oil. It can be done.
I have seen a pizza in the deep fat frier, in Scotland.
