How does she manage usually? or is she like this at home as well. I have bouts of insomnia, sometimes for months at a time, and find that it gets a bit better if I'm busy during the day, and don't nap during the day, and don't go to bed too early. You are very lucky Bobbisox - I don't think that I have ever had an unbroken night's sleep - ever!

well then she should go back and go for the tablets. If shes tried it all and nothing has worked then she has 2 options, accept that she cant sleep or take medication for a bit.

Question Author
I think she's concerned she would become dependant on them if she tried them redrx but I know what you mean, sleep deprivation must be the pitts :-(
-- answer removed --
Bobbi....if she is ,say, your age and has this long standing problem with insomnia, then I cannot understand that dependence come onto it.

Wha is wrong with becoming dependant ( if this is what would happen) on sleeping tablets?

I don't understand it.
