where can I get a "tiara" and glass slippers for a 4yr old before next Tues pls ?I have managed to get the Cinderella dress.
I havent time to search all the shops as hubby is in hospital and I am there most of the day and late evening, dont get back till 10pm

You could try your local dance school ot theatre. The have these things in their prop boxes and soemtimes happy to lend them out for a couple of days.
