A lot of the time threads are started taht are not actually rude/obnoxious/offensive but tend to go that way within a very short time due to the various 'contributions' of other users. I don't see why a whole thread should be deleted as opposed to jsut the answers that are unnecessary. Therefore I would support an alerting moderator or report an answer option coming back.

Ed......why is that you only seem to reply to Dot Hawkes emails and ignore us mere mortals?

If you do reply to them as she suggests can you please email her and tell her to stop posting the fact. It tends to annoy the people....thus....big fights :-)
