Question Numbers

I've already asked AB Ed this question but still don't understand (sorry Ed). Can you go straight to a question using the question number as somethimes when I cut and paste from an email the page 'cant be displayed'. Ed told me to go to any thread edit the question number to the one I want and hit return. I think I must be a div as I can't find a question number with any thread. Help
