How do you know it is only two weeks old?

Baby formula is not good for kittens...you need to get proper kitten formula from the pet shop or the Vets. If it is really only 2 weeks old, you will need to wipe it's bottom with a damp cotton wool ball in order for it to be stimulated to go to the loo. They need to be feed about every 2 to 3 hours at this age (but it depends how poorly it is & how well it is feeding)

It's pretty tricky if you haven't done it before to keep such a young kitten going, it might be better to give him to a Vet or a rescue society to give him the best chance.

My sentiments too PurplePixie.
Vets will give you simulated dried bitches milk which you can mix with warm water and a little bit of mashed cat food.  The dried milk alone does not have enough protein for kittens.  I have saved several kittens, and as Purplepixie says it is hard work.  I took one to work up my jumper sleeve for three weeks to keep her warm, and and fed her every couple of hours.  She died this year aged 12.    You do have to be careful not to overfeed as they can die quite easily this way.  (It happened to one I rescued).  It would be wise to take him  to the vet for a check and some advice.
