Better to be shot and killed than shot and injured
Hi Daneswalk:

No hesitation here. I`d feel sad for anybody who destroys life. Life of any kind is the most precious thing we have.
there's not a lot of point shooting them, if the habitat is viable, food, shelter etc then another couple of foxes will move in.
interesting websire here

Hi daneswalk, I am an avid bird watcher, but also adore foxes, so I'd feel sad.

I had been wondering why we hadn't seen the usual local squirrel families popping into our garden from the Church yard lately. Then yesterday, our neighbour told us that they had been culled.

I know they ate the bird food & dug up bulbs, etc., but they also brought lots of entertainment.

I'll really miss them.....
