Best walks

Where are the best places to take my dogs for walks around Northumberland? We usually go to Plessey Woods but are planning to go further in the summer. Somewhere with streams or rivers? Thankyou!

Sometimes i go to Thornley Woods which is in Gateshead, near Swalwell.  It's signposted.

There is a stream, lake.
