deliberately driven passed someone and splashed a puddle up them. I was so tempted to at lunch, passed two police and there was a massive puddle, would have been so easy. :-) And also can anyway help with spelling in my post should it be past them or passed tham???

yes, in fact I went one worse, I was parked in town and was about to go, noticing a load of pidgeons in the tree above the pavement where a lot of people (all dressed up) were. I decided to bang the door of my car shut with a lot of force.

with shock all the pidgeons flew away, pooing as they took off.

I then had to get away fast

No, I haven't. It's sod's law that whenever the people I want to get are walking past, it's dry. When it rains, they stay indoors.

I'm holding out, though. One of them is a real snotty cow who ponces about in a white coat.
i did hear once about some motorist getting done for doing that - maybe careless driving or something! it would be so tempting with a couple of coppers...i had it done to me once, but then it was raining so hard i was soaked through anyway and the extra puddling made no difference. i even saw the funny side of it!

ah so I was right with passed :-)
I soaked someone once and felt so guilty as they stood there on the pavement shaking their fists at me!!!
i asked this before as i was very very tempted to get our old town Mayor (not the relative) when he was walking alongside a huge puddle in town.

Apparently you can get in trouble for it :(

but what if a car was coming other way and I couldnt help it?
Criminal prosecution here:

And there have been at least two successful civil prosecutions .
4getmenot - you slow down as much as if safely possible.

Basic driving skills.
This is not funny!

On my bike, a lorry passed past me at about 40mph and deliberately drove through an enormous roadside puddle. The plume of water it created was at least 10 feet above my head and came crashing down on me with great force. I was utterly drenched. I know it was deliberate because of the oik hanging out the passenger window laughing.

so if I couldnt break because someone was behind then I could do it ethel ?? :-)
whiffy, if you got his registration number something could be done.
Well surely you leave a big enough gap from the vehicle in front to slow down without doing an emergency stop?
Question Author
no if I was first and saw puddle and the person behind was silly enough not to leave a gap making it silly for me to break..... Damm you cant I just splash them?
I got soaked once when I was walking passed a homeless hostel when I was late for work one day, the fact that a homeless guy was standing at his window really brightened up my day though, I thought it was hilarious that I'd given somebody some free slapstick entertainment!
Nope - if you are driving so fast you can't slow down in time, you may well aquaplane and lose control of the car, mowing down the pedestrian instead of splashing him.
