Is it safe to buy this on the internet, or should I only buy it from the vet? How do I know online firms are reputable, and the stuff is safe?

I have used Frontline for years on my dog and cats, just recently I went to the vets who say the fleas have now become immune to frontline, and I should change to Advantage, which I now recommend to all my friends. Its not worth risking buying from anyone other than vets, you never know really whats in a bottle unless its from a reputable company.

i get it from the vet,.at least you can see it is the genuine stuff & i can honestly say it's worth the money.

If you buy it online in the uk I think you still need a prescription from your vet which they will probably charge you for. This may make it uneconomic.

If you buy from abroad (I think some people buy from Australia)
I have heard of people getting stung for duty by customs if they intercept it, making it not worthwhile.

What you can buy online is the drops for the back of the neck stuff, you can't get the spray unless you have a prescription.

Wonder how much commission the Advantage Rep told the vet he would get if he 'dissed' frontline and recommended their product?

It is the drops that I want, but you never know if the ones online are 'kosher' and I don't want to harm my little moggie. I must admit my cat has been on Frontline for about three years now, and I have never been told that she is immune .. very strange. They still seem to work anyway. Its funny how she hears the click when I open the pipette and runs for her life. By the way I dont stick religiously to every four weeks, sometimes I leave it to eight weeks, especially in the winter.
