and you wanted to leave these shores behind you and try pastures new, where would you go and why?
You could upsticks and have the family with you, you have money...where would you go,
I would like to live in Cyprus in one of the little villages above Paphos, the reason I would leave now, to have my grandson educated in a International school so he would learn other languages, to get away from Knife crime Britain and it's soft as sh!t on immigration Goverment, for the weather.and lots more

In answer to your question, sox.................
i like it here on the south coast a lot.... BUT am toying at the idea to go abroad in later years...........maybe sorrento, italy, or portineaux on Ibiza.......new zealand as you may know, is one of my faves............move in with MWB...........
perhaps back to the states, where i lived for a short while..............many great places so a hard choice!

I pick Cyprus for the lovely laid back attitude to lifeand they are very honest people, I love the "not sitting watching tele" the kids playing on their DSs', they very family orientated as most of the Med people tend to be..
Sorento, oooh, couldn't take those mountain roads yogi, I hate heights yet have went off the back of a boat in one of those parachutes a few timed, a wee blot in the sky I was,,,and loved it

Sardninia.........fell in love with it last year.........but would need to be seriously rich to buy a decent place there....

I think I'll end up living in France or even the Isle of Wight. In fact that's pretty much of a surety rather than just a dream or hope.

I wouldn't mind Italy though, and Canada or Holland would be great.

I love the I.O.W salla, and I have never been to France, don't know why as it looks lovely when you see it on A Place in the Sun, Italy? I have only ever been to Rome on a touristy thing, the vatican and the Trevi Fountain, been to loads of other places but my heart is in Cyprus I think

I suppose thats a nice attitude to have vibra, I have the same but I think Britain as we knew it ,is going down hill
New Zealand: applied for - and got offered a job out in Christchurch a few years ago... the time wasn't right to move then, but if the same opportunity came up now...

my sister lives in the North Island snags, looks very green but hasn't it the same weather as we have?
