Yes, it was Joel Vietch. He's done a few of these types of animations. Some for TV, some not. He's mad.. verging on silly!

Paul O'Grady plays Lily Savage (I think that's right - either that or it's just Paul Grady) and I've met him about 9 years ago. He's a top bloke! Joel V does the adverts as suggested by OBonio. Well spotted!
