Does anyone know what the Classical music (one woman singing) at the end of the "Do Something Amazing Today" adverts for giving blood is? (e.g. the one with Sean Bean doing a voice-over)

The Blood Transfusion Service advise that the music was composed specially for the campaign, and is not commercially available.
