This is his wife, Hannah's first children but his 6th and 7th.

The 53-year-old now has seven children with four women: Jesamine and Stevie Mac with partner of 13 years Samantha Stock, Natt and Leah with ex-wife Dee C. Lee, and Dylan with make-up artist Lucy.

I haven't seen the word unusual used in any of the media I've seen about it? Don;t thnk they are that unusual, certainly not these days.
