Morning everyone. Discharged Sunday afternoon but so shattered from 6 days/nights of almost non sleep in hospital  that I couldn't wake up properly yesterday - I kept dozing on & off till about 9.30am. Am soooo glad to be back home - really makes you appreciate things doesn't it. Hope you're all well & have been behaving. I'm not 100% but am miles better and will be back normal v v soon.

Thanku so much to everyone single one who posted a msg, meant the absolute world and kept me sane!! I shall be my usual annoying self before you know it! x

Well good morning guys! Madge was still there when I left lol!! Thought she was supposed to be being turfed out that same day. She was digging her heels in saying nobody could pick her up, so they offered transport which utterly threw her but she thought on her feet & said that she didn't have her house keys on her either! 10/10 for quick thinking lol!

Good news! Glad to see that you're home, take it easy  😊

Great news, best medicine getting out of hospital, yesterday's sleep catch up would have helped. Trust you will be taking it easy for a few more days,

Hospitals should get tough with the Madges of the world, phone the family tell them she is being discharged and they can pick her up from a dedicated area from a certain time.

Sun is shining here, we are off to Exeter for the day.

Upwards and onwards !

There's no place like home - I'm pleased to hear your good news. x

Good morning everyone. So glad you are home and getting better Smow. Looks like another glorious day here.

Am going to spend the morning doing odd jobs around the house, and then go and tackle the weeds on the front paving. I have bought a "weed brush" as I was very impressed by seeing the young lad who helped with the back garden use one. I must admit I had never heard of them before.

Anybody doing anything of interest today?

I'm glad your back home. Hospitals are no place for the sick.

Thanku everyone! Much appreciated! Though I think I missed the best of the weather  - it's sunny today but definitely nippy. Last week looked wonderful.

Lol @ Rocky.

Glad you're home Smow. Nice to be in your own bed and get some quality sleep! Look after yourself. All the best x

Calda if you look in again, I like the sound of you weed brush, looked it up and there are loads of different ones, which one did you get?

No prob ubasses - I sell them myself in my online selling lol. They're very good!

Many birds which struggle to survive are flying many miles back to England for the Spring.  They need our weeds to feed on.  Please don't pull them up.  Our birds are precious.
