Beautiful! I love elephants. Thanks.
Awwww.... adorable:-)
Baby elephants are so sweet. I went to that Sheldrick place in Kenya once. Even though the elephants were babies they were still quite big and can completely bowl you over when they get excited and start running around. I found myself having to dodge them a few times.
I love bumble bees. Elephants are scared of them!
No, No! Not because they scare elephants! I'm just stating a fact, that's all. :o)
always amazes me how quickly animals master walking compared to us
Must be easier, more stable, when one has four feet.
I love all animals, except spiders, and crabs with a gun.
Perfect miniature, gorgeous.
Beautiful animals and the babies are totally adorable. How I wish people would stop being cruel to them.
Loe the way the other females try and help baby to its feet.
How lovely! Thank you very much for this Canary.
New born elephants have to be about the cutest babies in the animal kingdom. I watched an old episode of The Secret Life of the Zoo the other day. A very overdue elephant had given birth over night...the keepers found the little one surrounded by her elders. Just as this one was.
Here's a clip to interest all elephant lovers. A bay elephant is rescued by a digger and it's mother waves her trunk in thanks. Does she? Have a look.
