Is it true that sky are moving premiership football to skysports 3 and 4 now that they are having to let BT and Freeview have sky sports 1 and 2? Anyone heard of this?

Having accidentally deleted free space on my hard drive, I would like to know if there is any way of recovering this. I only have 220G now when I should have 350. I know that some of that 350 is taken...
