Have you noticed that 80% of patients in Holby City and Casualty all have Tension Pneumothorax. That's a lot of punctured/collapsed lungs in one district.

Yoga for beginners

I'm quite keen to start yoga and wondered if anyone knew of any good Yoga dvd's? Or anything else that might be of help. I've checked some local class times but they are mainly on when i am at work....

why does a person like myself yawn so much, i get spasms of yawning, especially after big meals and feel tired, sometimes my spasms of yawning mean i can yawn about twenty times consecutively!
