Does anyone know the name of a plug device that reads the amount of electricity being used by whatever is plugged into it? I nearly bought one a few months back from good old lidl, but didn't, and now...

paget energy monitor

I have aquired a Paget energy monitor no 9149 from Lidl in spain. LCd screen, 3 buttons & reset button. It has instructions in Dutch,Danish,**************,Portugese but not English. Can any one help...
