PC won't boot

Some pop up messages on PC for a day or 2, now says "unmountable boot disc" and cannot get on in any mode, safe or otherwise. What can I do?

first time internet connection advice?

trying to conenct to internet for first time, provider (plusnet) says all okay, BT says line is okay, must be my PC settings wrong - which ones should I be looking at please?

Internet connection first time

Trying to connect to internet for first time on home PC, all free discs dial out, but then say number not recognised, what can I try next please?
