How do I forward an email to a group of contacts in Yahoo ? I can open an email ready to forward it on, and I can open my list of contacts but I can't combine the two !

Its says on my torrent 100.0% in the Done, but the status is "seeding" ? does this mean the download it all complete ? so i can open my download ?...
