Border terriers...do they pong?

Do these dogs moult alot, and do they tend to get a doggy smell to their coats? I am trying to decide between a jack russell and a border terrier, but don't want my house to smell awful!

How long does it take your body to go back to it's normal weight after a night on the tiles? I've put on 7lbs after a night on the beer (6pints!). When can I safely look at the scales again?
