I have taken on the role of care giver for my elderly parents by being responsible for their cooked evening meals and cold lunches. Because I work full time I have to come up with some really quick meals that I can heat up and serve within half an hour of finishing work.
Has anyone got any ideas for tasty recipes apart from the obvious lasagne etc....and also veg that can be reheated and not go too watery!!
