can I change WEP to WPA

I have an old think pad laptop and want to add a wireless usb adapter but the security on the old laptop is WEP and the wireless adapter is WPA does anyone no if I can down load a program to change...

Opening email attachment query.

When I go to open an attachment in an email in my Hotmail account, the option to open has disappeared. I only have save and cancel. I used to be able to open them and I do not know why I now can't ....
