Opening email attachment query.

When I go to open an attachment in an email in my Hotmail account, the option to open has disappeared. I only have save and cancel. I used to be able to open them and I do not know why I now can't . Any ideas?? Thanks.

Hi,

Try clearing your temporary internet files/history and cookies.

Click Tools, Internet Options and look for a section called temporary internet files, and click on delete history, then click on delete temporary internet files... ALSO remember to click on View Files and select all and delete these too (this clears out your cookies). Hope this helps.
