security pop ups when switching on pc

Though we had sorted out our virus problem on pc. But switching it on today, we had the same thing. Security pop ups, I.E. pop ups from Security Centre. And Virus warnings. Can anyone give me advice...

is it too late to tame your guinea pigs?

We have had our guinea pigs since Aug. They have been in a hutch outside. So not been handled that much. We now have an indoor hutch for them. But everytime someone walks past their hutch, they scurry...
