Mustek bearpaws 2400CU plus usb scanner

does any one have a Mustek bearpaws 2400CU plus usb scanner CD? I have lost my driver - software CD, I have tried to download the drivers from Mustek with no luck.

If I wanted to change my legal team, for a Crown court proceeds of crime act hearing, would 1. I have to give a reason and 2. would the judge have to agree?
