no juno whats that gotta do with it? :)
thought they might be blocking the good bits to encourage you to pay up, but I suppose it's something more technical than that...
Because they're the occasions you remember. If the signal fades when nothing is happening you don't notice it because it's insignificant
Always seems to happen to me too WB. Always lose the signal when it gets to a vital bit. With me I know it's because I'm in a poor reception area.

but calibax its abit like ur watching a celeb being interviewed, and the one question you want to hear them answer out of 20... u lose signal/ cut off! grr

jan its quite annoying init!!oh welll
You need to put 50p in the metre WhiteBears :)
A drop of Red Bull in the hamster's water bottle should see you right.
I'm in Hastings and our reception is quite poor but in Bexhill, which is 5 miles along the coast, they can't even get Channel 5. I think it would be easier for us down here to get the French channels.
There are two reasons why this happens.....
.
1= Murphy's Law ....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murphy's_law
2= Sod's Law....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sod's_law

.
Both mean the same ...but when you miss that goal ...who cares what law it is...
There's a third reason:
You only think they're the good bits because you haven't seen them - if you saw them you'd know they were just the same old cr@p as everything else on the telly.
What I really hate is when they instant replay, say, great catch in cricket and they repeat it 20 times from all angles. and you miss the following runout. Grr...

Sorry, back to your OP : Have you checked the socket connection where the ariel fits into your hardware ? Mine has to push against rear of housing cabinet to give a steady transmit.
Are you watching on Freeview, cable or sky?
