I was always taught to thaw out all meat before cooking particularly pork before roasting.I am puzzled that Iceland say foods can be cooked from frozen.Is this due to some special manufacturing...

to wash or not to wash?????

chatting to a friend of mine today we both discovered that I wash all meat before cooking it - including mince, she doesn't wash any of hers. I can't cook meat without washing & draining it first....
