Where do all the emails go?

When you send one and it doesn't get there and you don't get a postmaster email saying it couldn't be be delivered then where do all the little emails go?

hi any help with this please. i just installed a 160gb HD, all ok so far, other then the loading bar at boot start up, takes ages, not sure why, sick of seeing the blue bar going for 1min, as b4 it...
