Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the other day. 2 days later i came on my period but i've heard it takes 3 days to actually get pregnant after havign sex. Does this mean i could be pregnant?

i have crap skin. i try everything. i just don' know what to do. i've even been on roaccutane. plus, i eat fruit, drink a lot of water and the whole palaver. none of it really does help. help?
