Hi all, I used to have such soft hair and it was the one thing I was really proud off.. but now it seems to be so dry. I don't blowdry or straighten it anymore than I used to.. in fact I straighten it less now. Can anyone recommend a good product to make it feel soft again?

My hair is dry and straw like. I use L'Oreal Elvive shampoo and conditioner for dry, damaged hair, and it really helps keep it soft. I also use Nicky Clarke's 60 Second Miracle once a month for an extra boost.

Other natural things you can try are mayonnaise or egg white. If you use egg white, wash it out with cool water not hot - otherwise you'll end up with scrambled egg in your hair!
Claypac Clayons conditioner works wonderfully with my hair, just be sure that you buy 'transparent' or you might change your hair color by mistake!
I have abused my hair with straighteners and colouring etc and I find the Redken Headstrong range very effective for getting hair back to its smooth feeling.  There is a link here : http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xDN-Personal_Care--hair_care-pr_brands_redken~V-rows~PG-5
Hi kazzee69 , I too used to have lovely locks and straightners killed that ( I never used mine that often) however my hairdresser noticed and advised that I use a deep conditoning treatment every other week and left it on for at least 30 mins at a time. My hair has now recovered and she has given me the thumbs up. So don't worry it will get back to how it was ... just needs a bit of TLC and time.
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is a conditioner that is great for really soft hair and it smells lovely too.
