Pixel size

Hello! Can anyone possibly tell me how I can reduce the pixel size (to about 100 x 150 on a picture but keep it the same size! Everytime I alter the figures in the boxes, the picture reduces...

Not sure if anyone can help, but I would like to know if the Encyclopedia Year Books from about 1956 in perfect condition are worth selling? Thank you for any advice.

Paris museum Pass

Hi Does snyone have any experience of this pass? we just have 2 days in Paris,( the 2nd of which will be spent just at the Louvre) Does it really skip queues? and is it worth it? Any comments welcome....
