do reprimands get wiped from records? will they show up on a cbr check? my friend was shop lifting when we where 17 and i was with her so i also got arrested! ive got a job but there doing cbr checks...

Bald Pacth

I am only 22 and my hair is getting quite thin on top.  Ihave got a few scars from my younger days but im sure this is not the problem.  Any advice?
