Is there any way of finding out the name of the person who owns a property? The problem I have is that the address is let to a tenant so I can't just go up and ask.

Basic bank account!

I have bad credit and owe about ?10000, just moved house again and so this doesnt help. having real problems getting a bank account. just want something to pay wages into by bacs and withdraw cash...
